About Smile Talks

I created Smile Talks to give kids a safe, caring space to explore their feelings, build confidence, and know they’re not alone. My hope is that each Smile Talk leaves you with a little more comfort, courage, and kindness, for both yourself and for others.

These talks are little check-ins for your heart. Whether you’re having a good day or a not-so-good one, I hope they remind you that:
- You're not alone
- Your feelings make sense
- And there's always something kind you can do, even for yourself.
